Returns

• Every game, console and accessory is tested before dispatch.
• If your item arrives damaged, is faulty, or is not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist with a replacement, repair or refund where applicable.
• Returns must be sent back in the same condition in which they were received, together with all included components, packaging and accessories where applicable.
• Products damaged through misuse, accidental damage, unauthorised repairs or normal wear after delivery are not eligible for return.
• Due to the collectible and pre-owned nature of many of our products, minor cosmetic wear consistent with the condition stated on the product page does not constitute a fault.
• If you change your mind after placing an order, please contact us before your order is dispatched. Once dispatched, any approved return may be subject to return shipping costs and the product must be returned in its original condition.
